Course overview
The first course lays the groundwork for the entire series, covering both the physical and emotional anatomy of the head, neck, and face. Dr. Wilhelm Reich's theory of energy will be included. You will begin learning an assessment testing process to determine the levels of chronic muscle tension in the head, neck, and face. In addition, energy exercises will be practiced to give you a physical, energetic experience.
