LITHIUM (ESKALITH)

Course overview

Lithium is U.S. FDA-approved to treat manic episodes, and as maintenance therapy to reduce frequency and intensity of subsequent manic episodes in patients ≥ 12 years with bipolar disorder. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of lithium. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
