METHADONE HYDROCHLORIDE (DOLOPHINE)

Course overview

Methadone is U.S. FDA-approved to treat moderate/severe chronic pain that is unresponsive to non-opioid analgesics, and for detoxification and maintenance therapy for opioid addiction in an FDA-approved program. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of methadone. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
