This course will explore the latest research to better understand consumer and professional attitudes toward cremation. The content of this course is divided into six lessons and the course exam. Lesson one focuses on the current cremation statistics and trends; lesson two examines the characteristics of the cremation consumer; lesson three looks at the different reasons why people choose cremation; lesson four evaluates variables that affect the cremation experience; lesson five looks at ways to present options; lesson six uncovers popular service locations.
