Guardian, Wendy Abercrombie, CPGC, will share a dramatic case of a client and the actions she is taking to make sure her client's ADLs are met. Participants will learn: 1. How power can be taken by family members with intention to cause harm 2. Ways to build relationships and rules to protect clients from live-in problem-makers 3. Specific challenges from overbearing family and best practices for overcoming them.
