Tracking # 20-412428
$99999.00
Course overview
Social service and healthcare programs in the United States focus on meeting the needs of teen mothers instead of the involved father’s emotional, financial, legal, and educational needs. Fathers of children born to adolescent mothers are often not adolescents themselves; about 40% are over age 20. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of fathers of children born to adolescent mothers, including its clinical presentation, symptoms, and treatment, and to aid in caring for the patient with this diagnosis. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
