This class provides a compassionate and comprehensive approach to massage therapy for clients experiencing grief and loss. Under the guidance of LeWinfred, a skilled massage therapist and experienced pastor, participants will learn specialized techniques and practices for grieving clients. Through demonstration and hands-on practice, students will explore a range of techniques, including gentle Swedish massage, integration of aromatherapy and heart-centered breathing exercises to foster tension release and relaxation.
