This hands-on class introduces students to the principles and techniques of cranial bodywork with a focus on building trust, supporting the body's natural rhythms, and facilitating gentle release. Participants will explore the therapeutic importance of establishing trust and safety with clients as a foundation for effective cranial work. Students will learn to open the lymphatic system to prepare the body for deeper cranial techniques, enhancing circulation and drainage. The class will also demonstrate and practice the cranial cradle release, a method that supports vagus nerve stimulation and promotes fascial unwinding for relaxation and nervous system balance. Additionally, participants will practice releasing myofascial tissue in the cranial and neck regions, integrating gentle touch and precise palpation to restore mobility and ease. By the end of the class, students will have a deeper understanding of how to combine trust-based client interaction with effective manual techniques to support whole-body balance and wellbeing. You will need two practice bodies to practice the techniques. This is a live webinar requiring live audio and video with a web camera and microphone. (Laptops have them built into the computer, desktops require external components).
