Course overview
Guardianship law is unique in its intent and contrary goals of protection and independence. These are two laudable goals that are mutually exclusive. This creates stresses in the system that can create unusual results and put the person at issue in the middle of a policy tug of war. This policy presentation is to suggest a different view of guardianship. A view of management and process that can be used for better results.
