Kaatsu and Traditional BFR is a 4.5 hour on demand course that explores the use of Kaatsu and Traditional Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), two forms of exercising with external pressure, to improve vascular elasticity, support rehabilitation outcomes, improve strength, improve cardiovascular health, and improve sports performance. The course covers the physiology behind each methodology, the concept of using intermittent pressure, and the clinical application of each methodology including protocols, safety considerations, and research review.
