This training will enhance participants capacity to create effective behavior plans and implement three evidence-based, individualized behavioral interventions: Check and Connect, Check-In/Check-Out, and Modified Check-In/Check-Out. Each intervention is unique and benefits students in need of support for varying reasons. This training will include interactive videos, discussions, and activities. This training will also allow participants to make connections to current or past experiences, outline the necessary components of each intervention, illustrate realistic examples, and provide opportunities to practice and plan for implementation. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe how to create an effective behavior plan in the development and implementation of behavioral interventions. 2. Describe the theoretical frameworks guiding and supporting research for individualized behavioral interventions. 3. Explain the intervention components, timelines, materials, and structure of the Check and Connect, Check-In/Check-Out, and Modified Check-In/Check-Out interventions. 4. Identify how intervention knowledge may be applied to an example and their local school context. 5.
