Course overview

Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy CIDP is a rare, immune mediated disorder of the peripheral nervous system characterized by progressive or relapsing weakness and sensory loss. It results from autoimmune demyelination of peripheral nerves, leading to impaired motor and sensory function. Early recognition, accurate diagnosis, and timely intervention are essential to prevent permanent disability. This course provides healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of CIDP, including pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic testing, pharmacologic and supportive management, and patient outcomes.
