Course overview

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is a chronic autonomic disorder characterized by excessive heart rate increase upon standing, often accompanied by dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, and syncope. POTS can significantly impair daily functioning and quality of life. Early recognition and individualized management are crucial to prevent complications, reduce symptoms, and improve patient outcomes. This course provides healthcare professionals with a comprehensive review of POTS, including pathophysiology, clinical features, diagnostic strategies, pharmacologic interventions, and multidisciplinary care approaches
