Record Keeping, Documentation and Coding, Angel Tribuno, BS,DC The course emphasizes and enhances advanced clinical documentation/record keeping that will allow chiropractic providers to have a credible systematic approach to supporting their documentation in all portions of a healthcare record that includes and is not limited to the dimension of quality control. Furthermore, this course will identify the importance of reporting code assignment correctly and the subsequent impact.
