Instinctive Touch blends body centered psychology and psychophysiology to enhance massage practitioners awareness and therapeutic touch. Participants learn to observe physiological cues such as muscle tone, breathing patterns, and subtle client feedback to guide adaptive and client centered techniques that support structural alignment and emotional regulation. Students will learn to Observe and respond to physiological cues during massage sessions Apply mindful palpation to assess tissue and adapt techniques Understand the connection between the nervous system and muscular tension Communicate effectively to support client safety trust and comfort Adjust treatments based on subtle client responses Integrate somatic awareness and adaptive techniques into individualized client centered sessions Please bring one set of twin sheets a face cover massage oil or cream and writing materials
