Course overview

To provide employees with a working knowledge of the types of abuse and neglect, warning signs and indicators, individual responsibilities based on roles when identifying abuse and neglect and the methods of reporting to include documentation. Course consists of Power Point presentation with handouts and question-and-answer session, a test consisting of ten questions, and an evaluation.
