Statements developed through rigorous scientific inquiry that inform EMS systems medical directors and EMS personnel on standards of care that have been vetted by research. b. The National Prehospital Evidence based Guideline Model Process has been approved by the Federal Interagency Committee on EMS and the National EMS Advisory Council. c.
