This course introduces the 4Ms of geriatric care and their role in improving healthcare outcomes. A key part of Age-Friendly Health Systems, this framework helps healthcare providers align care with individual needs, apply best practices, and promote safety across settings. Since 2017, more than 2,000 healthcare systems have adopted the 4Ms to enhance care for older adults. By integrating this approach, providers can deliver more effective, person-centered care.
