This 3-hour instructor-led training curriculum prepares nursing home staff to provide person-centered care for residents with ADRD by teaching practical skills and strategies to support daily living, manage challenging behaviors, reduce caregiver stress, create safe environments, and address ethical considerations. Emphasizing participatory learning, it engages staff in sharing experiences and applying knowledge in realistic contexts to meet defined goals and competencies.
