Course overview
There has been a plethora of Athletic Injury Prevention strategies over the past 30 years however, the rates of athletic lower extremity injuries are not lowering in many sports. Prior research and personal experience have determined that there are effective procedures to help decrease the risk of athletic injury. This course will provide the attendee with information to integrate strategies and procedures to minimize hip, knee, and ankle injuries in the athletic population.
