Participants will reflect on their current practice competencies, identify professional development gaps, and prioritize growth areas to inform a personalized Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan aligned with patient care, professional expectations, and regulatory requirements. The activity is designed to support intentional, lifelong learning and sustained professional effectiveness across diverse pharmacy practice settings.
