This webinar which will provide an evidence-based overview of lateral epicondylosis, integrating updated research on tendon pathology, pain mechanisms, and load management to inform clinical decision-making across the rehabilitation continuum. This course will emphasizes contemporary models of tendinopathy care that guide effective assessment, treatment planning, and progression. Participants will review key rehabilitation principles, including symptom modulation strategies, progressive tendon loading, strength development, and neuromuscular control aimed at restoring upper extremity function and work- or sport-related performance. Clinical reasoning for exercise selection, dosing, and progression will be emphasized to support safe and effective long-term outcomes. The course will also examine the role of adjunctive modalities, with focused discussion on TECAR (Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive) therapy as part of an integrated rehabilitation approach.
