Course overview
*this listing is for the pre-recorded webinar. Join us for this webinar which will provide an evidence-based overview of lateral epicondylosis, integrating updated research on tendon pathology, pain mechanisms, and load management to inform clinical decision-making across the rehabilitation continuum. This course will emphasizes contemporary models of tendinopathy care that guide effective assessment, treatment planning, and progression. Participants will review key rehabilitation principles, including symptom modulation strategies, progressive tendon loading, strength development, and neuromuscular control aimed at restoring upper extremity function and work- or sport-related performance. Clinical reasoning for exercise selection, dosing, and progression will be emphasized to support safe and effective long-term outcomes. The course will also examine the role of adjunctive modalities, with focused discussion on TECAR (Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive) therapy as part of an integrated rehabilitation approach. TECAR therapy will be reviewed in the context of pain modulation, cellular repair, and facilitation of movement and exercise tolerance when applied appropriately within a comprehensive rehabilitation program. This course equips clinicians with practical, research-informed strategies to integrate modern tendinopathy literature with clinical application, supporting improved outcomes for individuals with lateral epicondylosis.
