This 8 hour one day class focuses on various strategies for massage therapists to help client in acute and chronic pain. You will learn about Pain Science, explore some gentle and calming skills to help people in pain. We will also use some strategies focused on the breath, mindful movements, and isometric and reciprocal inhibition skills to reduce the experience of pain.
