Course overview

Description The jaw is where we hold our silence, our tension, and the unsaid weight of the day. For bodyworkers, this 12-hour intensive offers a path to find the stillness within the storm of Temporomandibular Joint TMJ Dysfunction. We do not harden; we soften. We will journey into the delicate, complex structure of the mouth and neck to restore flow. This comprehensive class teaches you to explore the connection between neck tension and the jaw, allowing you to move gently through the chaos of chronic strain. You will learn to perform precise intra-oral therapy, mastering the finger placement and pressure application needed to release the tension held in the deep muscles of the mouth and the supportive Supra and Infrahyoids. This class also includes an introduction to the gentle art of lymphatic cupping and the application of cold gua sha stone techniques on the face to help reduce inflammation and promote optimal flow. Our hands teach what words forget: that peace is not the absence of motion, but the art of moving gently through it. You will leave equipped to bring ease, comfort, and the restoration of natural alignment to your clients.
