Course overview

This webinar series will present participants with current knowledge about the care and welfare of small companion animals, with a focus on rabbits and rodents. Three experts in the field will discuss best practices for the care of these animals, including what we know about their natural behaviors and strategies that can be used to improve their affective states, such as proper housing and management. The webinar will also include information about common health problems in these animals, and ways to mitigate these challenges. The program will focus on the role of the veterinarian in providing care to these animals as well as guidance to their clients about how best to house and manage them.
