Course overview

All things lead is discussed in this must-attend class. Students will learn how to fill out lead paint disclosure forms and find out the difference between a deleaded and lead compliant home. Renovation, Repair and Paint RRP laws and the penalties for non-compliance will be covered in detail. This is a serious topic: More than 300,000 children under age 5 suffer lead poisoning each year in the U.S. and the fines for realtor non-compliance can amount to $23,000 per violation.
