Condos coops and time shares

Course overview

Various types of condo garden style, townhouse, duplex, commercial, industrial and residential are discussed during this course. Students will learn how a condos common area is designated and what is involved with the master and unit deeds and other rules and regulations governing tenants. Annual budgets, assessment and tax issues are also covered. Students will also learn about co-ops and time share ownership, condo conversion, due diligence and owner occupied rules.
