Course overview

Greig Cephalopolysyndactyly Syndrome (GCPS) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by abnormalities of limb and craniofacial development. Most commonly caused by pathogenic variants in the GLI3 gene, GCPS presents with distinctive features including macrocephaly, hypertelorism, and preaxial polydactyly or syndactyly. Early recognition is essential for accurate diagnosis, genetic counseling, and coordinated multidisciplinary care. This course provides healthcare professionals with an evidence-based overview of GCPS, focusing on clinical presentation, diagnostic strategies, management approaches, and long-term outcomes.
