Healthcare professionals across disciplines face high emotional, physical, and cognitive demands that place them at increased risk for burnout and compassion fatigue. This interdisciplinary continuing education course examines the causes, signs, and consequences of burnout and compassion fatigue while providing evidence-informed strategies to support nervous system regulation, professional boundaries, and long-term resilience. Emphasis is placed on sustainable practice, self-awareness, and organizational as well as individual responsibility for clinician well-being.
