Course overview

This online course is instructed by Esther de¿Ru, PT, OMT, PPT, an experienced pediatric and manual therapist known for her work in elastic therapeutic taping and scar-related clinical strategies. The course provides clinicians with an evidence-informed overview of scar types, wound healing physiology, and the potential systemic influences of scars. Participants will learn clinical reasoning for scar assessment and the theoretical rationale and techniques for applying elastic tape as a non-invasive approach to support scar management and tissue mobility across the lifespan
