This online course is instructed by Carolyn Vandyken, BHSc (PT), Cred¿MDT, CCMA, co-owner of Reframe Rehab and a clinician and educator with decades of experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health. The course explores how to integrate modern pain neuroscience with exercise-based approaches to pelvic health rehabilitation, guiding clinicians to shift from a "fixer" mindset toward facilitating clients' self-regulation and active participation in their recovery. Participants will learn evidence-informed strategies to empower patients, select appropriate exercise applications based on pain classification, and support long-term pelvic health outcomes
