Ortho-Bionomy Phase 4 Spine

Course overview

In this class participants learn basic Ortho-Bionomy techniques to release and rebalance musculature along the entire length of the spine, and to balance and stabilize the pelvis. Areas of particular focus include soft tissues of the atlantooccipital joint; dowager's hump; correct curvature at the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral junctions; pelvic floor attachments; and coordinated movement between the spine and pelvis.
