Course overview
This Florida Laws and Rules and Professional Ethics course provides Florida-licensed osteopathic physicians with practical, applied education on ethical decision-making, professional conduct, and regulatory expectations in modern clinical practice. Drawing on Florida statutes, Board of Osteopathic Medicine standards, and real-world Florida case scenarios, the course examines core principles of medical ethics and their application to patient autonomy, informed consent, decision-making capacity, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical documentation.
