Course overview

In depth study of the muscles that are the source of pain in the low back, hip, knee, and sciatica, and the muscles of the lower leg and foot. Client remains dressed, no oil used. Osteopathic techniques are taught, treating muscles in the most logical order to enable pressure to be removed from subsequent muscles so each is able to fully release tension on the bone/joint.
