Tracking # 20-1358878
Course overview
This course provides behavioral health professionals with an opportunity to apply their existing knowledge of violence risk prevention to assess an adult's risk of violence. Violence risk assessments aim to estimate the likelihood that a client will harm another person and identify modifiable risk factors to reduce the risk of violence. Healthcare professionals need opportunities to practice assessing clients with risk factors for other-directed violence and deciding on appropriate interventions.
