Course overview

This course introduces an Everyday Antiracism framework to help guide everyday actions to promote antiracism. The framework has two main components: Racial Equity and Racial justice, each one has four elements: Curiosity, Structure, Perception and Belonging, and Truth, Healing, Restitution and Power. The course introduces the notion of antiracism as helping to create the conditions where everyone can bring their best. Participants will review and discuss practical scenarios based on everyday work experiences. There will be time for self-reflection and personal planning.
