The purpose of this session is to explore the complex interplay between dementia, delirium, agitation, depression, and loneliness,; which are conditions that frequently overlap and complicate clinical decision-making. Pharmacists play a vital role in identifying, managing, and helping to prevent these issues, particularly when medications may be contributing to or exacerbating behavioral symptoms.
