Course overview

This program is for experienced RNs, SWs, and other healthcare professionals. The program's goal is to prepare these professionals to take the certification test for Certified Case Managers by putting theory into practice. The program is based on the Domains of Practice set by the Commission for Case Manager Certification in their Exam Blueprint. Although this course is designed for those preparing for certification through the Commission for Case Manager Certification, it can also be helpful for those in practice, teaching the fundamentals of the practice of case management. This course complements the book CCM Certification Made Easy: Your Guide to Passing the Certified Case Manager Exam, 4th edition, by putting the information into context.
