As SUD treatment shifts toward digital delivery, Kansas counselors must master the competencies required for safe, effective telehealth practice. This course provides a comprehensive review of the ethical mandates regarding electronic service delivery, including informed consent, confidentiality, and boundary management in a digital age. Participants will examine evidence-based strategies for building therapeutic alliances via video, utilizing mHealth applications, and navigating the digital divide.
