This is a Reading Course. Did you know the etiology of needle phobia is rooted in an inherited vasovagal reflex that causes shock with needle puncture? With repeated needle exposure, those with an inherited vasovagal shock reflex can develop a fear of needles. This class will help you understand the phenomena of needle shock and needle phobia and how to deal with these safely and professionally in your practice.
