Course overview
A literal deep dive into the psoas muscle and the release of the psoas muscle. Discussion of the facia connections and the flight or fight connection. Hands on techniques are demonstrated and practiced for proficiency. You will need two practice bodies to practice the techniques. This is a live webinar requiring live audio and video with a web camera and microphone. (Laptops have them built into the computer, desktops require external components).
