Course overview

An engaging, hands-on course focused on the art and application of assisted table stretching. This class teaches dynamic, full body stretching techniques performed directly on the massage table,allowing therapists to safely deliver deep, effective stretches while maintaining proper body mechanics and client comfort. Participants will observe a live demonstration of each technique, followed by guided hands on practice to refine positioning, leverage, communication, and stretch intensity. Emphasis is placed on fluid transitions, therapeutic intention, and adding professional flair while staying within scope of practice. By the end of this course, therapists will feel confident incorporating assisted stretching into sessions to enhance mobility, reduce tension, and elevate the overall client experience. You will need two practice bodies to practice the techniques. This is a live webinar requiring live audio and video with a web camera and microphone. Laptops have them built into the computer, desktops require external components.
