Justin Fontanini is an approved continuing education provider with both NCCAOM and CE Broker, In 2012, he was invited to lecture at the World Conference of Auricular Medicine in Taipei, hosted by Dr. Huang Lichun. His teachings span a wide range of Oriental Food Therapy topics, including body typing in Chinese medicine, food energetics, therapeutic cooking methods, microbiome-focused applications, the Seven Dhatus and nutrition, and many additional specialty subjects within Chinese medical nutrition including Seasonal Approaches to Eating with the Seasons. In addition to his food therapy work, Justin has instructed Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Dao Yin, and Nei Dan meditation for more than 12 years. He has taught patients and fellow Chinese medicine practitioners alike, sharing his knowledge through classes, conferences, and retreats in the United States and abroad.
