Course overview
This training will provide participants with an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a CASA volunteer/attorney GAL in Ohio in accordance with Sup.R. 48. Participants will learn how the requirements impact the writing of a court report and the role of a CASA/GAL. Attendees will also learn tips for testifying in court and how to express both written and oral recommendations for the best interests of the children served.
