Tone is the emotion in our voices. But what emotions are helpful in guardianship relationships or discussions? And what can guardians do to sound right when they conduct important or even casual conversations? In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn the four elements that give control over our voices so our words have the credibility, comfort, or command we need them to have.
