In this 2-hour training, Dr. Heather Connors introduces 10 objectives and 10 job aids guardians can tailor and use right away. From understanding your duties and explaining them to clients, to assessing client needs and taking action on urgent issues, to creating care plans, this training offers a comprehensive look at your first busy, high-impact days with each new client. Participants will leave with practical ideas for supporting guardianship clients and meeting the expectations of state courts, right away.
