Course overview

This is a review of the basic VOM (Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation) procedure as well as additional descriptions of Myofascial release techniques, Percussor muscle and adhesion release and frequency specific laser therapy and how these other modalities can build on the benefits of VOM. Additional discussions of medications and supplements that can benefit use with VOM as well as ones that can decrease the diagnostic reflexes of the VOM passes. Reiterating the proper procedures, precautions, prior diagnostics needed to proceed is included. Our goal for this course is to review everything to remind everyone of the proper precise procedures.
