Course overview

This is an online Laws & Rules course for Podiatric Physicians licensed in the state of Florida. The Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA) is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. FPMA has approved this activity for a maximum of one (1.0) continuing education contact hour (CECH). This course consists of a video presentation and a post-test. The learner must earn a passing score of at least 70% on the post-test in order to receive 1.0 CECH for this course. This course was originally recorded during the FPMA SAM 2026 Conference. The course instructor is Jason Winn, Esq. Mr. Winn attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He is currently a registered lobbyist and lawyer practicing with the law firm of Lewis, Longman and Walker in Tallahassee, Florida. He practices in the areas of administrative, civil, legislative and governmental affairs. He lectures throughout Florida on the Laws and Rules that affect health care practitioners. Mr. Winn has no personal financial relationship with a commercial interest producing health care goods or services in reference to this activity.
