Course overview

This course provides healthcare professionals with evidence-based strategies for safe warfarin management, including patient assessment, monitoring protocols, understanding drug and dietary interactions, and strategies to minimize complications. Emphasis is placed on patient education and interdisciplinary approaches to ensure optimal anticoagulation outcomes.
